Lower end 5-Star Hotel

I enjoyed the double beds, bathtub, rainfall shower, room amenities, A/C, & wifi.

Was on the very lower end of 5-Star hotels tbh. Outdated, room service didn't have all menu options available (nor was it available 24/7), the decor/furniture lacked good taste, many things such as the door or vents or things of that nature were wonky, food was average for the most part, gyms closed early, the staff was either very friendly or polar opposite, the walls were thin (you can hear the hallway noise and outside noise constantly), blackout curtains weren't 100% blackout, & overall everything was just alright. Nothing extraordinary of note.

The property is very close distance to the shopping malls Terminal 21, Central Marina and night markets. The hotel room in particular is a plus point for us as a family. We have been staying here everyone we visit Pattaya for the last 3 years. It gets better each year!

Perfect hotel with good location!

Perfect location everything close by and regular shuttle to the beach and shopping places. Clean. A little understaffed on some days but all in all great hotel.

The breakfast was same more or less the same everyday and not to much variety.

Definitely would recommend and return.

Ideal location, staff very helpful

First night some noise late into the night / morning from venue close to the hotel. Not really the hotels fault, but they still promptly upgraded me into another room. So all good, would definitely return getting this sort of service.. They could not do enough to make sure the rest of the stay was perfect.

Good

Rooms were large and spacious but the bathroom and shower had obvious wear and stains. Included free breakfast buffet which had a decent range but quality and taste was average. It's across the road from the Central Marina shopping centre and there's also a 7-11 at the entrance which is very convenient. Terminal 21 is also within walkable distance but note that the footpaths aren't great, especially if you're pushing a pram. In some areas you'll need to walk on the road.

A lot of other reviews mention the noise from the nearby entertainment area which we also experienced. The loud music is on through the whole night and up until about 7am. Not the hotels fault but worth noting. We just got used to it and slept through. Most notable thing about this hotel though is the staff seem miserable and are really unenthusiastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly when approached but didn't seem experienced and weren't overly helpful. It was obvious the catering staff at breakfast tried to avoid people as they couldn't speak or understand English, which is fine but we never got a smile from any one of them.

Good value for group parties, good location, great service.

Size of the room and Bed, walk in shower, cleaning staff very good. It was extremely good value for money.

Breakfast could have been better. It did lack a bar. My colleague experienced large noise coming from neighbouring room.

Loved the big room and bed, toilets where big too. The breakfast was until 10am wich was good and variety of dishes.
